Class 1st Weekly Planner – 6^th May 2019 to 10^th May 2019

Dear Parents,

Warm Greetings!

As part of our efforts to implement a system of regular teacher-parent and school-parent communication, below is the detail of upcoming events/topics/activities planned for Class 1st for the week of 6^th May, 2019 to 10^th May 2019.

 Weekly Subject Learning Schedule

 English:

• Written work of the topic “At School” will be done on worksheet.
• Written work of the topic “Myself” will be done on worksheet.

Mathematics:

• Children will practice “Numbers up to 20” on worksheet.
• Multiplication tables of 2 and 3 will be done on worksheet.

EVS: Topic “My Body” Children will learn the concept of different parts of body. Written work related to this topic will also be done on worksheet.

Urdu: Children will learn چار حرفی الفاظ اور تین حرفی الفاظ.

Hindi: Children who have opted for Hindi as their 2nd Language will learn ई की मात्रा.

Computer: Written work of the topic “Uses of a Computer” will be done on the book.

Art and Craft: Children will learn to colour on their “Art Splash”. Activity “Making of a Parrot” will be repeated in art class.

General Knowledge: Chapter “Monuments of India” and “Outdoor Activities” will be done on book.

Value Education: As part of our efforts to inculcate moral values children will learn the topic “Learning to Give”.

Conversation: Students will learn to ask simple questions to seek permission in the classroom such as:

• May I come in?
• May I drink water?
• May I go to washroom?
• May I please lend your pencil?
• May I read a book?

PTM for the class 1^st will be held on 9^th May, 2019. as per the given timings:

Class 1^st (A,B & C) from 9:30 am to 11:30 am

Class 1^st (D,E & F) from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm

Note: Children of the same class will observe holiday on the said date.
