Warm Greetings!
As part of our efforts to implement a system of regular teacher-parent and school-parent communication, below is the detail of upcoming events/topics/activities planned for class 1st for the week of 29th July, 2019 to 3rd August, 2019.
Weekly Subject Learning Schedule
English: Introduction of the topic “Noun” will be given in which children will learn how to identify various objects and categorize them in person, place, thing or an object.
Mathematics: Children will learn and practice “Numbers up-to 100”on worksheet.
Subject Activity: Number Grid
EVS: Written work of the topic “Plants Around Us” will be done. Introduction and reading of the topic “Animals and Birds” will also be done in which the children will learn different kinds of animals and birds.
Urdu: Children will do reading and written work of the topic دو چشمی الفاظ
Hindi: Children who have opted for Hindi as their 2nd Language will learn ऋ की मात्रा.
Computer: Children will do reading and written work of the topic “Keyboard”. They will also learn different types of keys of a keyboard in lab.
Art and Craft: Children will learn to colour on their “Art Splash”.
General Knowledge: Children will learn the topic “ Pair Words” and will do written work related to this topic on Crest 2 book.
Value Education: As part of our efforts to inculcate moral values children will learn the topic “ Caring for yourself”.
Conversation: In order to develop communication skills children will learn the concept of family by answering the following questions:
- How many members are there in your family?
- Do you have grandparents?
- What is your grandfather’s name?
- What is your grandmother’s name?
Friday Activity: Fruit Salad Making
Material Required: Any three chopped fruits, disposable plate and fork.
